Dela runs on a seed-to-feed philosophy, working its own farm and bringing the produce back to the table on Lower Dominick Street. The brunch is the thing locals talk about, served seven days a week and walk-in only, so you take your chances on a busy morning. Dinner runs Thursday to Saturday for a tighter, more considered evening menu. It is one of the West End's most dependable kitchens and feels properly rooted in the place.
