The weekly farmers market runs year-round on Wednesdays at Short Quay, gathering up to thirty stalls of local produce, baking, cheese and hot food. It is the umbrella outlet for the town's smaller producers, the place to meet the growers and makers who do not have a shopfront of their own. Come hungry and come with cash.
