Rock Farm Slane

About

An organic farm on the Slane Castle estate, run as an eco-tourism stay with yurts, shepherd's huts and cabins, woodland glamping, two larger eco houses called Lime House and River House, and caravan and campervan pitches. The yurts sleep two to six each with a wood-burning stove, and one of them, Holly, looks straight down onto the concert field below the castle, which tells you who books it out in a concert summer: the farm is already taking bookings for the Fontaines D.C. shows in June 2027 and interest for Oasis in September 2027. There is a sauna, a jacuzzi and a natural swimming pool, and woodland and riverside walks on the farm. Farm tours are by enquiry, with prices on application.
