About
The secondhand bookshop in the old station takes books in as well as selling them, up to ten books or twenty paperbacks a visit. It calls itself the home of the original Keep Calm and Carry On poster, the 1939 HMSO design, and sells its own facsimile, printed with a line at the foot naming Barter Books, Alnwick Station, to tell it from unauthorised copies, along with mugs and tea towels from its own designs.
