The breakfast cafe on Lower Street, under a minute's walk from the Lower Ferry slip, with tables under cover outside. Its own site promises big breakfasts, lunches and coffee from an old Gaggia lever machine, with live music on some days, and rooms upstairs. Opening is 7am to 2pm every day, by the cafe's own site, which makes it the place to sit with a coffee and watch the first ferries.
