About
The white-fronted hotel on the Quay, overlooking the Boat Float and the river, reopened by St Austell Brewery in October 2025 after a refurbishment. Its own site counts 24 individually decorated en-suite bedrooms on the second, third and fourth floors, reached by stairs only, which it says may not suit guests with reduced mobility; three are family rooms. Breakfast from 8am to 10am is included in the rate. A few rooms take dogs, at £20 per dog per stay, booked in advance. There is no car park: you can stop outside to unload, then park elsewhere.
