Garrett Byrne, a Kilkenny man, came home in 2008 and opened Campagne in a converted railway arch off Gas House Lane. It has held a Michelin star since 2013 and sits in Ireland's Blue Book, and the cooking leans modern French with Irish produce at its core. This is the room you book for an anniversary or a long, unhurried dinner.
