A 50-minute guided tour through a working heritage workshop on the Mall: wooden mould-making, crystal blowing, marking, cutting, and engraving. The original 1947 manufacturing facility closed when production moved overseas in 2009; this is the heritage workshop and visitor experience that replaced it. Houses a 12,000 sq ft retail showcase.
