Westport's flagship fine-dining room, run by chef-proprietor Frankie Mallon, who locals still call Frankie Mac. Tucked away off Bridge Street, it has held a Michelin Plate for years and won a Restaurants Association of Ireland award for emerging Irish cuisine. The menu changes daily around Clew Bay and Connemara seafood, local meats and Irish artisan cheese.
