The Chart House is a stone cottage on The Mall at the edge of the town, a candlelit room that has been one of Dingle's most reliable dinner tables for years. The cooking is modern Irish built on peninsula produce: Annascaul black pudding, Kerry lamb, the day's fish, and a serious wine list to go with it. It is the place for an unhurried evening rather than a quick meal, and it takes its own bookings directly. Reserve ahead, especially in summer and over the Food Festival.
