Greenmount House sits on the hill above the town on Upper John Street and has been run by the Curran family since 1977, a long-running guesthouse with panoramic views over Dingle Bay. The breakfast is a draw and the rooms are comfortable and quiet, set back from the town-centre noise but only a few minutes' walk down to the harbour and the pubs. It is open most of the year, closing only around Christmas.
