Dingle Distillery Tour

Dingle Distillery sits in a converted sawmill at Milltown, just west of the town, and was one of the first of the new wave of independent Irish distilleries when it opened in 2012. It makes whiskey, gin and vodka, and the guided tour, about 75 minutes, walks you through the stills and the maturing warehouse and finishes with a tasting. Tours are over-18s only and booking ahead is essential because they sell out, especially in summer. It is the most polished of Dingle's producer visits and a good wet-afternoon option.
