About

An artisan sourdough bakery on New Road in the Westport Demesne, founded in 2017 by Patrick O'Reilly, who baked at Gracy's at Westport House before going out on his own. The naturally fermented sourdough is proved for around a hundred and twenty hours, the cinnamon rolls have a following, and the bread turns up in cafés around the town. Blas na hÉireann gold in 2019.
