The steak restaurant in the Inn on the Square, named, the hotel says, for the local word for full up: you leave 'fair brossen'. The kitchen is behind open windows so you can watch the grill, the menu runs from rump and ribeye to chateaubriand with seasonal sides, and the wine list has almost 50 wines.
