A family-run oyster farm in Cork Harbour since 1969, producing native and rock oysters from the harbour waters near Carrigaline. Rossmore oysters are a recognised Cork name and appear on menus and at oyster bars around the region. The native oyster work here is part of the wider effort to protect Cork Harbour's historic oyster beds.
